Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge Receipt (within 48 hours of the receipt of valid Notice)
- Send confirmation that we received your notice
- Provide a reference number for tracking
- Review and Verify (within 72 hours of the receipt of valid Notice)
- Verify that the notice meets DMCA requirements
- Locate the allegedly infringing content
- Take Action (within 72 hours of the receipt of valid Notice)
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Document the action taken
- Follow-Up (within 5 business days of the receipt of valid Notice)
- Confirm completion of takedown action
- Provide information about counter-notification process if applicable
DMCA Counter-Notification Process
For Users: Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.

- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
- Location where the material appeared before removal
- Good Faith Statement
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Consent to Jurisdiction
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Northern District of New York if outside the United States)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

Our Response to Counter-Notifications
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification:
- Forward to Original Complainant (within 2-3 business days)
- Send copy of counter-notification to original copyright claimant
- Waiting Period (10-14 business days)
- Wait for response from original claimant
- Monitor for any legal action filed
- Restore Content (if no legal action filed)
- Restore or re-enable access to the material
- Notify the user of restoration
Repeat Infringer Policy
Three-Strike System
Users who repeatedly infringe copyright may face escalating consequences:
- First Infringement: Warning and content removal
- Second Infringement: Temporary account suspension
- Third Infringement: Permanent account termination
Serious Violations
For severe copyright violations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts without prior warnings, including cases involving:
- Commercial piracy or large-scale infringement
- Circumvention of copyright protection measures
- Willful and knowing infringement of registered copyrights
