• Position Holdings: Participants, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, family members, or entities related to UnBound X or any Participant (collectively, “Related Parties”) may have, and likely do have, long or short positions, derivatives, options, or other financial interests in securities, companies, or investments that are discussed, analyzed, or mentioned on the Platform.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with these conflicts of interest. You should assume that conflicts exist for every security or investment discussed on the Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.

CRITICAL COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

Prohibition on Unauthorized Use of Platform Content:

• No License Granted for AI Training: NO LICENSE, RIGHT, OR PERMISSION IS GRANTED—WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR BY ESTOPPEL—TO USE, COPY, REPRODUCE, SCRAPE, MINE, EXTRACT, HARVEST, OR OTHERWISE ACCESS ANY PLATFORM CONTENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAINING, DEVELOPING, TESTING, OR IMPROVING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS, MACHINE LEARNING MODELS, LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS, OR ANY AUTOMATED SYSTEMS OR TECHNOLOGIES.
• Prohibited Uses: Without express written authorization from UnBound X, you may not:
  • Scrape, crawl, mine, or otherwise automatically extract content from the Platform
  • Use Platform Content to train, develop, improve, or test any AI, ML, or automated systems
  • Create datasets, corpora, or databases incorporating Platform Content for AI training
  • Use bots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or copy Platform Content
  • Reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from Platform Content beyond personal, non-commercial use
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, attribution, or proprietary markings
  • Circumvent any technical measures implemented to prevent unauthorized access or copying

You acknowledge and agree that:

UnBound X does not store, access, or process regulated brokerage data.

The Platform may contain hyperlinks to websites, content, or resources operated by third parties or may incorporate third-party content, data, or information. UnBound X Parties do not control, endorse, sponsor, recommend, or assume responsibility for:

• The privacy practices, terms of use, or content of any third-party sites
• Any products, services, or information offered by third parties

UnBound X Parties are not registered as investment advisers, broker-dealers, or in any other regulated capacity with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any other securities regulatory authority unless otherwise specifically disclosed. Participants may be affiliated with registered entities in their professional capacities outside the Platform. Such affiliations, if any, are disclosed for transparency purposes and do not imply that their participation on the Platform is conducted in a registered capacity or that UnBound X benefits from such registration.

Modification and Updates

UnBound X reserves the right to modify, update, remove, or discontinue any Content, feature, or aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
