Regulation A+ Offerings (JOBS Act Title IV): Open to both accredited and non-accredited investors, subject to applicable investment limits.

Regulation Crowdfunding Offerings (JOBS Act Title III): Available to both accredited and non-accredited investors, subject to applicable investment limits.

MARV Capital may provide transaction-specific recommendations in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
