THE SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. TO ENTER OR WIN, YOU MUST BE AN ELIGIBLE ENTRANT (AS DEFINED BELOW). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in a UnBound X sweepstakes, contest, or similar promotional event (each, a “Sweepstakes”) constitutes Eligible Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (as defined below), which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein and in any supplemental rules provided for a specific Sweepstakes. Unless otherwise stated, the Sponsor of any Sweepstakes is UnBound X, Inc., 442 5th Avenue #1463, New York, NY 10018 (“Sponsor”). Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Odds. The odds of winning a prize in any Sweepstakes will depend on the number of eligible entries received and the method of winner selection as described in the rules for that Sweepstakes.
Eligibility. Unless otherwise specified in the official rules for a particular Sweepstakes, sweepstakes are generally open to individual entrants who are registered users of any website provided by UnBound X, including modules (UBtrade, UBverse, UBthreads, UBstudio, UBclub, UBspaces, or any other modules within the App that are there or introduced from time to time) or in some cases (each, a “Website”), in good standing, who are participants in the UnBound X Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”), who are legal residents of, and physically located within, any of the fifty (50) United States, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry (or 19 if resident of AL or NE, or 21 if resident of MS) (each, an “Eligible Entrant”). Additional or different eligibility requirements may apply for specific Sweepstakes, as set forth in the applicable official rules. All directors, managers, officers, and employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses), and those living in the same household as each, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor may require proof of identity and/or eligibility at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.
Sweepstakes Period. The promotional activity described herein (“Promotion”) begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 15, 2025 and continues until 11:59 pm ET on July 14, 2025, and thereafter is scheduled to continue in consecutive monthly periods (beginning 12:01 am ET on the 15th of each month and ending at 11:59 pm ET on the 14th of the subsequent month), unless and until modified, suspended, or terminated by Sponsor in its sole discretion (each such monthly period, a “Promotion Period”). Each Promotion Period may consist of two phases, as described in the chart below. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Participation in this Promotion is free, involves no purchase, payment, or investment of any kind, and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entry Period. In this example, to automatically be entered in the Sweepstakes, an Eligible Entrant must:
- Earn UnBound X Rewards Program points (“XPs” or individually “XP”) under the Rewards Program; and
- Correctly provide all required information, including the Eligible Entrant’s applicable name and e-mail address (collectively, the “Entry”).
Limit of one (1) Entry per Eligible Entrant for each Sweepstakes Period, regardless of number of e-mail addresses. Other Sweepstakes may have different entry requirements and limits as set forth in their official rules.
Pre-Screening of all Entries. By participating in any Sweepstakes and earning XPs in a Sweepstakes Period, Eligible Entrant agrees that each Entry must conform to the applicable rules, and Sponsor may disqualify any Entry that does not comply.
Draw Period (Example). In this example Sweepstakes, Sponsor determines the number of entries from amongst the eligible Entries based on the following:
- Eligible Entrants are classified in one of 4 tiers (each, a “Tier”) based on the number of XPs earned in the applicable Sweepstakes Period.
- Each Eligible Entrant receives the number of entries set forth below for the applicable Tier.
- Winners are selected in a random drawing at the end of the Draw Phase.

Random Drawing. Potential winners are selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. Other Sweepstakes may use different winner selection methods as stated in their official rules.
Winner Notification; Obligation. Prize winners will be notified via email within three (3) business days following the end of the Draw Phase. Sponsor is not responsible for notification failures. Winners may be required to provide tax forms (e.g., IRS Form W-9) and will be issued IRS Form 1099 if applicable. If a winner declines a prize or fails to respond in time, an alternate may be selected.
Prizes (Example). In this example, prizes are awarded as follows:

Warranty, Use & Publicity, Privacy, Release & Limitations on Liability, Miscellaneous, Arbitration Agreement, Winners List, and Sponsor — remain as stated above in your original document, except that references to “the Sweepstakes” are interpreted to apply to the specific Sweepstakes described in its official rules, and terms may vary for other promotions.
