This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our Services.

Content and Communication Restrictions

Prohibited Content includes:

• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or content promoting violence
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate content
• Misinformation, false statements, or deliberately misleading content
• Content that violates our Community Guidelines
• Unauthorized commercial solicitations or advertisements

Platform Abuse

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate our Services
• Use our Platform primarily for commercial purposes without authorization
• Engage in market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes
• Share non-public material information (insider trading violations)
• Use our Services to compete directly with UnBound X
• Attempt to sell access to our Services or resell our content
• Use our Platform to recruit users for competing services

Financial and Investment Restrictions

Specifically prohibited:

• Providing unlicensed investment advice or recommendations
• Promoting fraudulent investment schemes or scams
• Sharing misleading financial information or analysis
• Engaging in activities that could be construed as securities violations
• Manipulating discussions to influence investment decisions for personal gain
• Operating unlicensed investment advisory services through our Platform

Age Restrictions

Our Platform is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from:

Reporting Violations

How to Report

Violations of this AUP may result in:

Immediate Actions:

• Content removal or modification
• Account warnings or restrictions
• Temporary suspension of access
• Permanent termination of account
• Legal action in appropriate cases

Progressive Discipline:

• First Violation: Warning and content removal
• Repeat Violations: Temporary account restrictions
• Serious Violations: Immediate permanent ban
• Illegal Activities: Account termination and law enforcement referral

Account Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Pose security risks to our Platform or users
• Repeatedly violate this AUP or our Terms of Use
• Are used primarily for prohibited purposes
• Create safety concerns for our community

Appeal Process

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error:

1. Contact support@unboundxinc.com within 30 days
2. Provide detailed explanation and supporting evidence
3. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
4. Final decisions rest with UnBound X management

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies when:

• Court orders or subpoenas require disclosure of information
• Emergency situations involve threats to safety or security
